Majk Stokes is an Edinburgh-based singer-songwriter, poet, musician, environmentalist and Quaker, and he has been writing and performing silly songs for longer than he cares to admit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More recently he started writing more serious songs and poems about the environment and occasionally politics, and several of his humorous songs also have an environmental message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has written over 400 songs and poems (roughly 200 of each), recorded three studio albums <\/a>and self-published two books of poetry<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An Edinburgh Fringe<\/a> veteran, he has also performed in the Brighton<\/a>, Ludlow and Dundee Fringes, and in the Adelaide Fringe<\/a> in Australia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Too Much Caffeine is an album, a concept band, and evolving musical project and a state of mind (one in which Majk finds himself slightly too often).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
